Tutoring Policy

PAYMENTPayment is due before the day of service.

1) Clients set their own appointments online and prepay using electronic payment services such as PayPal or VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.* If clients prefer to book appointments by phone or email, they will be billed using square payment systems. 2) Clients who prefer to pay by check on the day of service should call or text 573-239-4074 and leave a message. We will schedule your appointment through the office.  Any collection fees/legal costs occurring from nonpayment will be the client’s responsibility.    IF PAYMENTS AREN’T RECEIVED BEFORE EACH APPOINTMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR WITHHOLD FURTHER APPOINTMENTS UNTIL AN ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.  *Cancellations made 24 hrs. prior to the appointment will be carried over to the next session. Late cancellations will be charged a full rate.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, except for illness or emergencies, or FULL rates will apply.  Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will also be charged FULL rates. Please leave a message or text for a call-back at 573-239-4074.

STUDENTS MUST BRING ALL MATERIALS TO EACH SESSION.

If students forget the materials previously provided for a follow-up session, they will be billed for new materials. Students will not be charged if they bring back forgotten materials.
